I love traditional furniture pieces. They can be timeless and last you for years to come if you utilize a quick and easy update of just adding trendy pillows. It's that easy and that cheap.
Invest and splurge on good, quality pieces of furniture and spend less on pillows, rugs, and lamps, which are easier to replace as the trends change.
My favorite place to find cheap trendy items is HomeGoods and Marshall's.
